Renewing Your License

License Types

JuturnaReport is available on two license structures:

  • Annual — renews yearly. Includes all updates released during the subscription period.
  • Lifetime — one-time purchase with no renewal required.

If you purchased a lifetime license, this page does not apply to you.


Checking Your Expiry Date

JuturnaReport shows license status at launch and can display the number of days remaining on an annual license. If your license is approaching expiry, an expiry warning will appear.

You can also check the exact expiry date in the LemonSqueezy customer portal — a link is included in your original purchase confirmation email.


Renewing Before Expiry

The best time to renew is before the expiry date to avoid any interruption. Renew through one of these channels:

  • Customer portal — log in and renew your existing subscription directly
  • Pricing page — visit juturnalab.com/pricing/ to purchase a new annual or upgrade to lifetime

If you renew the same license key, the expiry date is extended automatically and no re-activation is needed. Your machine activations carry over.


After Expiry

If your annual license lapses, JuturnaReport will display a “License Expired” message on next launch and redirect to the License Activation screen.

Your data is not deleted. The local encrypted database remains intact. Once you renew, enter your license key to reactivate and resume normal access.

To renew after expiry, visit juturnalab.com/pricing/ or use the customer portal, then reactivate from the License Activation screen.


Upgrading to Lifetime

If you hold an annual license and want to switch to lifetime, contact [email protected]. Upgrade pricing may be available based on your existing subscription.
